In order to ensure your safety and the quality of our spa services on a permanent basis, our pools are maintained for you.
Due to the annually prescribed maintenance work in our thermal pools, there may be minor restrictions on the days listed below. The annual maintenance work ensures that our offer is available to you at the usual 100% top quality for years to come.
As you can imagine, such maintenance (our total water area is more than 2,000m²) requires time and appropriate pre-planning.
The pools are drained, all silicone joints are cut out, the joints are dried and cleaned and grouted again. This is followed by complete cleaning and disinfection of all internal surfaces and refilling.

Closures of individual attractions due to maintenance do not entitle to any price reduction. Inevitably, the cleaning of pools is also always weather-dependent and requires certain weather conditions.
