SUP - Stand Up Paddling
Combining Sports and Fun
If you like combining sports and fun, you should try Stand Up Paddling (SUP for short) at our property's 8 hectare bathing lake.
This Hawaiian trend sport has you standing on a SUP-Board and generating propulsion with a paddle. All major muscle groups are strengthened this way and you can train your balance skills too.
For safety reasons SUP only takes place with St. Martins trainers and St. Martins boards. Take a look at our current weekly programme for more information!
