Taylor Wessing Lawyers Meetup 2017

Working with Mrs. Radislovich and Mrs. Kierein prior to the event was just great. They wonderfully supported me in the entire planning process, especially with the details, and always looked for solutions to problems. They were at the event the entire time and we were fortunate to have a friendly person of contact whenever we needed.

The outdoor challenge Mr. Haider organized for us was also well-received. His entire team was nice, courteous and eager to help. Our lawyers really had a lot of fun. And last but not least, the seminars and evening events: Mr. Thier and Mr. Herten were always there for us and supported us so well that even small problems could be solved quickly and easily. The technical assistance was just great.

All in all (... I hope I haven't forgotten anyone !!) - a successful event that couldn't have been better.

Many thanks again to the St. Martins Thermal Baths & Lodge team, who significantly contributed to the success of our TLS Conference 2013. We've also received feedback from the organizing team and participants, so I'd like to briefly summarize that below:

Mr. Their quickly picked up on our wishes and inquiries in the run-up to the conference and offered practical solutions.
Our short-notice request to offer employees water bottles instead of the usual drinks was fulfilled and was positively remarked upon by the participants in the feedback sheets.
Mr Thier was at our disposal throughout the entire conference and always responded quickly to our questions.
There was enough food and the quality was very good. The restaurant manager was in constant contact with our organizing team.
Check-in worked well too. The possibility to move into the rooms was already given from noon onwards.
When another guest made a complaint, Mr. Thier was able to intervene immediately and resolved the matter.
We would be happy to have another coffee machine in the break area though!
We would especially like to thank Mr. Thier, who supported us and was always there to assist us. We've also made a request for next year and hope to find a suitable date.

We look forward to a continued successful cooperation and wish you and your team a great summer.

The rooms (location, facilities) and the excellent food (buffet, menu, service) were generally very positively remarked upon. Some colleagues also used the spa and sauna areas. These also consistently received positive feedback.
My personal comments on this: the room’s views of the surrounding landscape and sunset reminded me of past safari experiences in Africa. The ladies in the lobby are very attentive and polite. They made a point of having a good manner of address and a very friendly tone. The seminar’s organization was excellent. The seminar rooms and the catering during break times were also good. Initial problems with the sound system were disturbing, but were swiftly fixed so nothing could stand in the way of a successful event. Special thanks must also go to the seminar room supervisors who made sure every requirement and wish was quickly seen to.

Your continuous personal commitment was evidence of your organizational competence, which was very well received by our decision-makers. Our internal side event was well planned and ideally overseen by you and your team (premises, reconstruction, dismantling).
It’s clear that the organization was a big challenge, but you mastered it excellently. All in all, we are confident that the conference and supporting programme were a success and we are happy to have had one of our best meetings ever at your premises.

The ÖKKV meeting was held under my organizational direction at the St. Martins Lodge from the 10. - 12.4.2013. After long preparations, I can tell you that the meeting was an extraordinary success, in which you and your team played an important role. The conference participants were very impressed by the conference facilities and by the service provided.
I would particularly like to thank Mr Robert, who was responsible for conference services and performed his job excellently. He worked tirelessly on my own and also conference participants’ wishes and was dedicated to making everything run smoothly. I would also like to mention the very successful evening event on the 11.4. Your great support made this nature evening an unforgettable experience for many conference participants.
