GOOD FOR DIVERSITY
SALE DIRECTLY FROM THE FARM

Sheep wool fertilizer

The ideal fertiliser for vegetable,
ornamental gardens and potted plants: The additional water-retaining, pure, untreated
wool comes from our own sheep
The additional pure, natural sheep's wool is from our own sheep shearing, which takes place annually on the premises.

SALE DIRECTLY FROM THE FARM

Breakfast egg - For 2

The St. Martins Estate is now also a producer. Our migratory chickens - they travel around our grounds in a small coop on wheels - are a lively flock of "German bantams" with a proud rooster companion, whose eggs we also sell in small quantities directly from the farm.

SCHOOL PROGRAMME

Life in and on the ground

Soil is the basis of our life! At St. Martins Estate we explore, for example with school classes, who lives in and on the soil. We discuss how different agricultural practices affect soils, discuss different soil types and thus work out together what healthy soil is.

OUR PASTURES

Extensive grazing on the St. Martins Estate

The pastures are grazed by goats, sheep and white baroque donkeys. As a member of the Association for the Preservation of the White Baroque Donkey, we are committed to the continued existence of this old and rare breed of domestic animal. In keeping with the Puszta landscape, the endangered Zackel sheep can also be found on our pastures.
