Silambam is a 5000 year old traditional sport with a large bamboo stick from South India and other Asian countries. It combines fighting and dancing. It improves agility, hand-eye coordination, balance, speed and endurance.

Introductory course with TRAINER at the lake: The goal is to maintain balance, stand on the board and control the board with body and paddle. Swimming skills required! In case of water temperature below 20°C life jackets are compulsory.

Important info: For safety reasons it is not possible to bring your own board. During the course, the boards may only be used by one person without exception. Children are only allowed to participate from the age of approx. 9 years, if they can use a board themselves and have appropriate swimming experience.
Observe, switch off, unwind - concentrate fully on our sheep. Observe behavior and allow for touching. This meditation will help you reduce stress, slow down and ground yourself again. This relaxation session is accompanied by members of our fitness team, as well as an animal-assisted intervention specialist.
