INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY

ARRIVAL ROOM:

On your day of arrival, your room will be ready for occupancy by 16:00 at the latest. If you arrive earlier, complimentary day cloakrooms are available, and you can immediately enjoy your stay in the Lodge Spa areas and the thermal baths.

For every cancelled room cleaning, we make a donation – support us in the nature-freeing campaign "Saves Habitats" by Naturschutzbund Österreich. You can find more information here.

DEPARTURE ROOM:

On your day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12:00. The Lodge spa areas and the thermal baths are included until then. Afterwards, you are welcome to extend your use of the thermal baths and Lodge spa areas (day locker with bathing bag) until the baths close for an additional charge of € 22.00 per person. Surcharge for children: 0-7 years free of charge; 8-15 years € 12.00 per child.

PARKING SPACE:

Outside parking is available for FREE.
But you also have the possibility to park in the lodge's underground garage at the price of € 6,- per night!
