Research station at the thermal baths

More than just splashing around is the order of the day at the research station, where young and old explorers encounter a fascinating world of their own. On an area of 150 m², you can work, try things out and laugh together with our trained eco-educators - and, of course, discover and explore nature.

Plants hang from the ceiling, insects are huge and quite tame, frogs seem to have coral fingers and there are more fish swimming in the large aquarium than you can count. Discover a real "zoo school" in the middle of thermal baths, where you can experience many animals up close.

Would you like to finally meet our rabbits Bella [&] Ben, get to know insects or touch fish? Many exciting animal experiences await children of all ages.

Daily children's programme

The relaxed, playful approach awakens interest in the environment, plants and animals. Especially for children, there are extensive animal-assisted activities that help to increase physical and mental well-being and self-esteem.

Programmes at the research station take place daily from 10.00 am - 6.00 pm. Subject to changes!
