SUP PADDLING ON THE LAKE

Introductory course with a INSTRUCTOR on the lake: The goal is to keep your balance, stand on the board, and steer the board using your body and paddle. Swimming skills are required! If the water temperature is below 20°C, wearing a life jacket is mandatory.
