THE HAPPINESS MENU
This three-course "happiness menu" by St. Martin's head chef Laszlo Bakos combines fresh ingredients whose nutrients complement each other perfectly to promote the production of happiness hormones.
Certified sommelier Szabolcs Toth has Seewinkel wines from the Seewinkel region to accompany the meal.
- Appetizer: Baby spinach salad with sheep's milk yogurt dressing and sheep's milk cheese with walnuts
- Main Course: Arctic char with Seewinkler rice and zucchini-Swiss chard vegetables served with a Pannonian saffron sauce
- Dessert: Chocolate cinnamon cake with a molten center and fresh berries
