The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG) applies exclusively to service vouchers, gift certificates, and products purchased through our online store at https://shop.stmartins.at.

In particular, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for:

  • Hotel reservations and stays with specific check-in and check-out dates (the cancellation policy agreed upon at the time of booking applies),
  • Spa admission tickets or other admission tickets for a specific date that were purchased through the online store,
  • Other services that are booked for a specific time or period.

When submitting your cancellation request, please use only the contact information (email and/or phone number) that you provided when placing your order. This will allow us to process your Enquiry and clearly link it to your order.

After you submit your cancellation notice, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your cancellation notice.
