AQUA-THERA-BAND

The Thera-Band not only strengthens the deep muscles, but also increases mobility and flexibility. Special exercises and the water resistance train the whole body in a gentle way.

AQUA-FASZIENFIT

The session brings the body into a fascial balance and thus provides more mobility, elasticity and well-being. The buoyancy of the water additionally protects the joints.

FASCIA GYMNASTICS

The approximately 60-minute session is based on the 4 basic principles: elastic springing, fascial stretching, sensory refinement and fascial release. The body sensory sensations will be trained, fascia will become firmer and more resilient. Learn to feel your fascia and also take home tips and tricks.
