AQUA-POWER

Strength training in the water helps to strengthen the muscles and is easy on the joints. For this purpose, we use suitable dumbbells for water gymnastics.

FULL BODY WORKOUT

A varied workout that promotes strength and stability. Exercises for the whole body strengthen it and also work deeper muscles. To increase the effectiveness, small aids such as dumbbells or loop bands can also be used. Ideal for anyone who wants to train their body holistically!

"Sport for the soul": This unique training is currently only available in St. Martins throughout Austria. The gymnastic hoop improves our coordination and allows for many creative actions. In addition, the whole body is brought into swing.

AQUA-ACTIVE

The music is designed to motivate & make exercise fun. Stimulate the metabolism through a steady, slightly increased pulse in the element of water.
