The market restaurant is open Friday and Saturday from 9.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. and Sunday to Thursday from 9.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Kickstart your day of relaxation at the St. Martins Thermal Baths with a hearty breakfast. It's served from 9 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. in the Market Restaurant where you can enjoy a breakfast made from regional products. This is available for a special price in combination with a day spa admission!

Humboldt's Bar
You can enjoy a range of healthy drinks, such as buttermilk, fermented milk, whey beverages or naturally cloudy regional juices here.
Small snacks are available the entire day.
The Humboldt's bar is open daily from noon, 12 p.m., until 6 p.m.
Beach Bar
Summer Island's Beach Bar is the go-to place in summer for culinary delights. There is also much comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing, taking a break and chilling.
This area serves soft drinks, cocktails and long drinks.
We also offer regional culinary highlights such as seasonal grilled specialties.
